I’m a teacher that learned how to solve the cube over quarantine time. When I came back to the classroom and number of my students also learned how to solve/ learning to solve/ want to learn how to solve the cube. So, this year, I’ve been teaching kids how to solve this. I actually do this during classtime 😛 LUL!! And now, it’s towards the end of the year and I’m holding my own “Rubrik Competition” and these are the prizes! I haven’t opened them up to test the quality. But, by the way the packaging it came in was top notch, I can only assume that these are of good quality, I’ll let the students decide if they are good cubes or not. If these are really bad or if there are any ‘bad’ issues, I’ll post here about it. But If I don’t, trust that these are great cubes! 🙂 Thank you for such a deal. And if all things work out, this may be a yearly purchase for me because I have many other students who are interested in solving the cube! THANKS!
The instructions could be larger print for those with poorer eyesight. The small sheets may get lost as well. An online video tutorial would be a nice addition.
This is a really good cube so far. Better right out of the box than some i have spent 8 or 10 dollars for. I’m not so much a fan of the pastel colors but the kids I will be giving them to like the colors. Each cube comes wrapped in cellophane and has a tiny paper with solve instructions. No magnets or “fancy” adjustments just a great simple cube.
They’re super smooth, turn really easily so you can get good at it and then go super fast once you have the algorithms memorized…which each individual cube comes with by the way!! A little cheat sheet of algorithms!
The instructions could be a little bigger and clearer but having children who want different tightness on their cubes, I’m glad I can adjust them. So far they seem rather durable. The pastel colors take some getting used to but minor issue. Worst part about these cubes is the small, slightly confusing directions.
A Netflix documentary on speedcubers made me order this. LOL! I always wondered how these cubers can twist the cube so fast, even more perplexing is when they do it with one hand… well now I know. The last time I owned a Rubik’s cube was sometime in the 80’s. The cubes we grew up with were rigid or tight. The cubes that are used in tournaments can twist and turn buttery smooth, just like the cubes in this listing. Very smooth, and you can twist them easily with one hand too.. so here’s a thought.. why not use it as a fidget gadget too? Lastly, since they are sticker-less, these will age better. They won’t look ugly like your old peeling Rubik’s cube from the past.
I watched a documentary on Netflix about the Rubik’s cube, and learning about the algorithms on the cubes, I was immediately intrigued and decided to order these to try to learn it. They came quickly and they also came with instructions of their own to help you try to solve it. I’ve spent countless hours on them now trying to solve them, and have gotten all the way down to just 3 squares left, and I am determined! These work fantastically and run really smoothly. Worth every cent!
Got it as a birthday present for a 5 year old girl. I was afraid it might be too difficult for her but I think the bright colours helped because she is addicted now and everyone in the whole neighborhood is learning to solve it
Bought this 6 cube set. The whole family has been playing with them and I gave some away as gifts. Been playing with them for a few months and they are still working fine. Adjustable for preference by tightening the screws. Great product for the price. I do recommend it.

I needed a replacement cube for my son who had taken one apart while trying to learn how to solve it by cheating. Initially, I saw the price and thought I better get more than one because they would be toast in a short time given his history. I also thought it might be nice to be able to race against my kids instead of just the clock. When the cubes arrived I was pleasantly surprised at both the durability and the smoothness of them. They did not stick as much as the old Rubik’s cube I had grown up with. Within a few weeks, my 10-year old was speed spinning the sides and driving us all crazy because he would not leave the cube at home. Since we had several, he never had to search for them – there was always one in sight. They have all held up well. Even though the colors are a bit different (and pastelly), I have gotten used to it and don’t mind anymore.

I buy Rubik’s cubes all the time for my 8th grade students. They love them! These cubes are awesome for several reasons: 1. They are stickerless, so my students can’t pull off the stickers and cheat to solve the cube. 2. They are easy to turn (like a speedcube should be). 3. I’ve had them for about a month and they haven’t shown any signs of breaking yet. 4. You can’t beat the price! I would definitely buy these again!

The colors are quite faint and muted compared to brightly colored classic cubes. This makes distinguishing some colors a bit tricky. But the pastel tones are pleasant overall.

The plastic feels a little fragile and soft. Long term use may cause wear and pieces getting loose over time. However, for occasional or casual solving, they should hold up well.

Be sure to read the listing carefully – it’s easy to adjust the tightness yourself. I’ve added some of my other cubes so you can see I’m not a beginner, manipulating cubes is one of my passions. All the kids LOVED these as we gave them in their party favor bags. Super colorful and great quality- not to mention fun!

They are smaller than the photoshopped pictures … in the ad. But they are still a nice size.
